Venetian Plaster in Forest Hill
Forest Hill renovations run whole-home, and that is when material choice compounds: the difference between paint and real lime finishes multiplied across a principal suite, a hall, a dining room. Elite Plaster is the authorized Spiver dealer for Canada, and we supply Forest Hill projects with the complete systems, primer, finish and sealer, tinted in house.
Whole-home packages
When a designer or GC brings us a full schedule, limewash in four rooms, Venetian on two features, microcement in the wet areas, we price it as one list, stage the tinting so colours match across rooms, and hold the schedule at the counter for phase pickups. Trade pricing applies to the whole order for approved firms and contractors.
The quality argument
Spiver has manufactured decorative finishes in Italy since 1978 and ships to 45+ countries. These are lime and mineral systems with real depth, not effect paints. In a neighbourhood where finishes get compared closely, the difference is visible from the doorway.
Common questions
We are between limewash and Venetian for the living room. Read the honest comparison, then come handle both on sample boards at the counter.
Timeline for tinted material? Same day. Tinting happens in house while you wait, and repeat batches are logged to match.
Delivery or pickup? Both: live Canada Post rates at checkout, or the shop in Etobicoke is 25 minutes away.
