A dead-matte white base that stops porous walls drinking your topcoat unevenly.

Under limewash, lime paint and smooth decorative finishes. Interior and exterior.
How it goes on
Brush, roller or spray, thinned 20-40% with water. Sand and make good first, then one or two coats.

About 100 sq ft per litre.
