Where it works
Under marmorino and other lime plasters, on concrete, cement, plasterboard, plaster and tile - the smooth, low-absorption surfaces that cause failures.
How it goes on
Roller or brush. Let it dry fully before plastering.

That figure assumes the 50% water it is meant to be cut with. Applied neat you get roughly half the area and a film too thick to key properly.
