Venetian Plaster in Lawrence Park
Lawrence Park does not chase trends, which is exactly why lime finishes fit: limewash and Venetian plaster have dressed good houses for centuries and will not date the way an accent-paint colour does. Elite Plaster is Canada's authorized Spiver dealer, supplying Lawrence Park renovations with complete Italian systems, tinted in house and delivered or picked up.
Finishes that last the ownership
A sealed Venetian plaster wall is hard, wipeable and repairable by an applicator without repainting the room. Limewash refreshes with a rewash coat years later. These are surfaces families keep, and the material cost, typically $1 to $5 per square foot depending on the system, amortizes over decades, not repaint cycles.
How Lawrence Park buys from us
Most orders here are designer- or contractor-led. Shortlist from the colour charts on the product pages, confirm on boards at the counter, and the full system, matched primer and sealer included, ships at live Canada Post rates or gets picked up in Etobicoke, about half an hour away. Firms that specify regularly should hold a trade account.
Common questions
Kids and dogs: which finish survives? Sealed Venetian or a waxed marmorino for halls and family rooms; limewash for bedrooms and ceilings. We will spec it straight if you call.
Can we see a room-sized effect before committing? Order the smallest bucket, wash a test board or a closet wall, and live with it for a week. Cheap insurance on a whole-room decision.
Exact quantities? The calculator converts square footage to bucket sizes so you buy once.
