Orders and shipping

Where is my order? Shipped orders travel with Canada Post and your tracking number is in your shipping confirmation email. If you have a contractor account, your full order history also lives under My Account. Pickup orders are usually ready same day, we call when they are tinted and boxed.

How is shipping priced? Checkout quotes live Canada Post rates for your postal code by weight. Large orders split into 30 kg parcels automatically.

Do you ship outside Ontario? Yes, Canada-wide.

Returns and cancellations

All sales are final, with two honest carve-outs: you can cancel any order before it is fulfilled, and damaged, defective or wrong items are made right if you tell us within 7 days of receiving them. Tinted product is mixed to order and is always final sale. Full details on the refunds page.

Not sure how much to buy? The project calculator converts your square footage into the exact system, primer to sealer, with live prices. Dilutions are already accounted for.

Application questions? Every product page hosts the official Spiver technical sheet and application videos. Stuck mid-wall? Call us, we install these materials every week and would rather talk you through a tricky corner than have a wall go wrong.

Colour matching a previous order? Tints are mixed on the Spiver system and logged, so a repeat bucket matches your original. Have your order number handy.
