Venetian Plaster in North York
North York renovators reach us in about half an hour down the 401 and 427, or skip the drive entirely and have materials shipped at live Canada Post rates. Elite Plaster is the authorized Spiver dealer for Canada: genuine Italian Venetian plaster, limewash, microcement and every primer and sealer the systems call for.
The Yonge corridor look
A lot of North York work is upscale interiors: limewash in bedrooms and living rooms for that soft, cloudy movement, and polished Venetian plaster on feature walls and fireplaces. Both are lime-based, breathable and genuinely durable, nothing like the faux-finish paints of the 2000s.
Start with the numbers
Before you buy anything, run your wall through the project calculator. It converts square footage into the exact bucket sizes you need across the whole system and totals it with live store prices. No over-ordering, no second trips.
Common questions
I have a painter already. Can they apply this? Usually yes. Every product page hosts the official technical data sheet and application videos. A competent painter who reads the TDS can deliver limewash easily; polished Venetian takes more practice.
Ship or pick up? Either. Shipping is quoted live at checkout from your postal code. Pickup is at 300 New Toronto St, Unit 34, Etobicoke, with tinting done while you wait.
Is there a discount for contractors? Yes, trade pricing is storewide once approved, usually within one business day.
