Buy the same Spiver systems we install ourselves, at trade pricing: 20% below retail on every plaster, limewash, microcement, primer and sealer. Tools and the tint charge stay at standard pricing. Approved contractors see their price on every product, in the cart, and in the project calculator. Apply below and we will review it within one business day. Who qualifies

Painters, plasterers, general contractors, interior designers and builders who buy for client jobs. You do not need to be a Spiver-trained installer. If you are new to lime plaster or microcement, tell us on the application and we will point you to the right technical sheet and application video for the job.

What trade pricing gets you

• Trade price on every plaster, limewash, microcement, primer and sealer in the shop, shown automatically once you are signed in.
• The same price in the project calculator, so a quote for a client takes two minutes.
• Tinting included on tinted products. Every batch is logged, so a second bucket for the same job matches the first.
• Technical data sheets, colour charts and coverage rates on each product page.

How approval works

Fill in the form above with your company, trade and a phone number we can reach you on. We review applications within one business day, usually the same day. Once approved, sign in to your account and the trade price replaces the retail price across the site. Nothing changes for orders you already placed.

Pickup and delivery for jobs

Pick up at 300 New Toronto St, Unit 34 in Etobicoke, Monday to Saturday 7am to 7pm. Same day pickup on stocked items, including tinted buckets mixed while you wait. We ship anywhere in Canada with live Canada Post rates at checkout, and larger job orders across the GTA can be arranged for delivery. Call (942) 990-9911 for a job quote on multi-bucket orders.
