Refunds & Returns

The short version

All sales are final. Decorative materials are batch-sensitive and tinted to order, so once an order leaves our shop it cannot come back on the shelf. Please use the project calculator, the colour charts and the technical data sheets on every product page, or call us at (942) 990-9911 before you buy. We would rather spend ten minutes helping you order right than sell you the wrong bucket.

All sales final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, over-ordering, or colour preference. This applies to all products, tinted and untinted, opened and unopened. Tinted plaster and paint is custom-mixed to your colour and is always final sale.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel an order at no cost any time before it has been picked up or shipped, as long as tinting has not started. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method, including HST.

Defective, damaged or wrong items

Check your order when you receive it. If a product arrives defective, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery and we will replace it or refund it, including any reasonable costs. For colour disputes, keep the bucket and a sample of the applied finish so we can verify the batch. This section does not limit any rights you have under Ontario law.

Refund mechanics

Where a refund is issued under this policy, we refund the HST charged on the refunded amount. Card payments are refunded through Stripe to the original card; e-Transfer orders are refunded by e-Transfer. Delivery charges are refunded only when the error is ours.
