This website, eliteplaster.ca, is operated by Elite Plaster, operated by 11998056 Canada Inc. ("Elite Plaster", "we", "us"), located at 300 New Toronto St, Unit 34, Etobicoke, ON M8V 2E8. GST/HST registration number 738807270 RT0001. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars and shown before tax. GST/HST is calculated at checkout based on the delivery or pickup destination. We work to keep pricing and product information accurate; if a listing contains an error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full before fulfilment.

Colours shown on screen are a guide only. Lighting, screens and application technique all change how a finish looks. We strongly recommend viewing real samples at our shop before ordering, and we offer sample sizes for exactly this reason.

Orders and payment

We accept credit and debit cards (processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number) and Interac e-Transfer. Orders paid by e-Transfer receive the advertised discount and are prepared once the transfer is received, usually within minutes during shop hours. An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when payment is attempted.

Tinted products are final sale

Tinted plaster and paint is mixed for you on order and cannot be resold. All tinted and custom-mixed products are final sale, except where the product is defective or we made an error. Untinted products in unopened original packaging may be returned under our Refunds & Returns policy.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup is from our Etobicoke shop at 300 New Toronto St, Unit 34, Etobicoke, ON M8V 2E8 during posted hours. Delivery is available within the Greater Toronto Area under the options shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on pickup or delivery. Please inspect your order on receipt and report any problem within 7 days.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Refunds & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Ontario consumer protection law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Decorative finishes are craft products; results depend on substrate, preparation and application, which are outside our control unless we perform the installation under a separate agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
