This policy explains how Elite Plaster, operated by 11998056 Canada Inc. ("Elite Plaster", "we") handles personal information collected through eliteplaster.ca and in our shop, in accordance with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you order or enquire we collect what is needed to serve you: your name, contact details, delivery or billing address, and your order history. Payments are processed by Stripe; your full card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our systems. If you pay by Interac e-Transfer we see the sender details your bank includes.

How we use it

To fulfil and support your orders, provide receipts and warranty service, meet tax and accounting obligations, and respond to your enquiries. We keep transaction records for the period required by the Canada Revenue Agency (generally six years).

Analytics and advertising

Our site may use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics and Meta tools) that set cookies to measure how visitors find and use the site. These tools receive usage data, not your order details. You can limit cookies in your browser settings.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the store (payment processing by Stripe, delivery where applicable) or where the law requires.

Your choices
